CREATIVE MASTER NORTHCORD - PRESS RELEASE NEW CASTING UKBUS5001 Mercedes Benz Citaro First London – Riverside RV1 Creative Master Northcord Limited is pleased to announce the release of UKBUS5001, the first model of the second new casting introduced during 2005. The first livery to be carried on the brand new model is First London’s all-red colour with First and Riverside fleet names. The model also carries the special logos and names along the glazed panels above the side windows showing many of the attractions that the route passes on its way from Tower Gateway to Covent Garden. UKBUS5001 represents fleet number ES64002 (LT02NTX) that was new in 2002. Eleven Citaros were delivered for the route RV1 that commenced on 27th April 2002. At the time these 12m buses were the longest in use on TfL services. Subsequently, three Hydrogen-powered Fuel-Cell Citaro buses have also entered service. The Mercedes Benz Citaro UKBUS5001 is a one-piece casting whose clean lines accentuate the square-mounted, double-glazed windows and the livery application on which all logos and lettering are clearly legible. Another main feature on the UKBUS4001 model is its extensive portrayal of handrails, combined with the special screens, linked by satellite technology, that display the name of the next stop. The headlight / indicator units at the front and indicator / tail light units at the rear are made of individual components to look more realistic. The brand new dual-door RV1 Mercedes Benz Citaro bus models will be distributed by John Ayrey Die-Casts Limited (UK), Porte Publishing Company (Japan) and Concorde Hobby Shop (HK) respectively. The UKBUS5001 model is limited to 2100 pieces worldwide. Creative Master Northcord Limited (CMNL) ------The World’s Miniature Bus Co.

SHOWBUS
REPORT I visited Showbus this afternoon with my wife and daughter (unfortunately we were not able to get there until 2.15). The weather was good (cloudy and about 16 degrees) with NO rain. EFE had a number of new models on display which are detailed below including a surprise 1/24th scale DMS which they hope to release at the end of this year (hopefully in time for Christmas). Britbus were present and had no new model news although they did have a Show special model. EFE NEWS 1/24th scale DMS:

SHOWBUS A reminder that Showbus takes place this Sunday at The Imperial War Museum, Duxford. I shall be going to the Show and will hope to publish an update on Sunday evening of any news. CONFIRMED RELEASE FROM CORGI
OOC EFE SUBSCRIBER NEWSLETTER "This years Exclusive First Editions Showbus Rally is upon us and we are hoping that we will be blessed with a sunny day similar to last year. Preparations for this years Rally are well under way and to date there is a record number of visiting buses and coaches booked in. All the novel features for the Exclusive First Editions display marquee are now coming together, with a complete update of our fleet board display, a new working underground train layout, plus there will be your chance for visitors to drive an underground train on a simulator, prize competitions and our ever popular Tombola. It was in 1988 that I designed and made the tooling for our first bus model, the AEC RT, so the model has been around for almost 18 years. During this time, manufacturing and decorating techniques have advanced considerably and it is now possible to achieve a much higher standard of detail so during 2006 our RT will be taken out of service for a complete rebuild. The tooling for our new coach bodied Bristol RELH is now nearing completion and you can expect to see this model released at the beginning of 2006. There are also three significant Routemasters missing from our range, the RMC coach, the RMA Airport coach and the front entrance RMF . New tooling for these three versions is now underway along with a complete rework of our existing Routemaster tooling. After much ear bashing from ' her in doors ' I have also now completed the tooling to produce the B20 Fleetline version of the DMS with its rear chimneys. Finally just to show that Exclusive First Editions is not stuck in the past we are working on the patterns and tooling for a new modern bus and we will send you more news on this as the project progresses".
