CREATIVE MASTER NORTHCORD - PRESS RELEASE
The below press release has been received from Creative Master Northcord Ltd
.

UKBUS5008 Mercedes-Benz Citaro Plymouth Citybus

Creative Master Northcord Limited is proud to release another brand new livery model on its well known Mercedes-Benz Citaro casting. It is UKBUS5008 carrying Plymouth Citybus colours.

UKBUS5008 represents fleet number 82 (WJ55 HLK). This Mercedes Citaro is one of eight such vehicles that were delivered to this municipal operator in autumn 2005. They wear the revised Citybus livery and logo and have been put to work on the important City centre Plympton Services 21 and 51 where these striking buses are helping to entice “die hard” motorists from their cars and onto public transport.

The Mercedes-Benz Citaro UKBUS5008 is a one-piece casting whose clean lines accentuate the square-mounted, double-glazed windows and the livery application on which all logos and lettering are clearly legible. Another main feature on the UKBUS5008 model is its extensive portrayal of handrails. The headlight / indicator units at the front and indicator / tail light units at the rear are made of individual components to look more realistic.

The brand new single-door Mercedes-Benz Citaro bus models will be distributed by John Ayrey Die-Casts Limited (UK), Porte Publishing Company (Japan) and Concorde Hobby Shop (HK) respectively. The UKBUS5008 model is limited to 1800 pieces worldwide.

CREATIVE MASTER NORTHCORD - PRESS RELEASE
The below press release has been received this morning from Creative Master Northcord Ltd
. Please note the CMNL Stock code has changed to UKBUS4010 (previously advertised as UKBUS4009). No details of UKBUS4009 are available at this time.

UKBUS4010 Alexander Royale-bodied Volvo Olympian

South Gloucestershire Bus & Coach

Since the operation of London’s Airbus routes ceased a couple years ago, the new lives of the ex-Airbus Volvo Olympian / Alexander Royales have been of interest to British enthusiasts. Creative Master Northcord Limited is releasing the fourth livery on the Airbus / ex-Airbus replica – UKBUS4010, in South Gloucestershire Bus & Coach “University of the West of England” colours.

UKBUS4010 represents fleet number 139 (N114 UHP). 139 was delivered new to London United in the autumn of 1995 for London Airbus services. National Express purchased the Airbus operation from London United in 1999 along with the 19 Olympians which operated it. These vehicles were unusual in having Air Conditioning, only 9 seats in the lower saloon, luggage racks and a wheelchair space & lift.

Following the reduction of Airbus services, South Gloucestershire Bus & Coach acquired many Olympians from the dealer Ensignbus.

The University of the West of England in conjunction with South Gloucestershire Bus & Coach Company have been providing affordable transportation for its staff and students from September 2002. The bus route provides, term time only, a direct link to the University campus at Frenchay with its city centre student halls of residence. On average, during each academic year, approximately 80,000 passengers are transported.

The buses, an air-conditioned Alexander-bodied Volvo Olympian in this case, carry a livery designed by the University Central Graphic Design Studio, and feature students currently studying at the University.

Similar to those Airbus / ex-Airbus replicas, UKBUS4010 has a new combination of the UKBUS4000 series casting, with a single door, front staircase and bonded windows, as well as chair lift poles at the entrance, brand new additional seats in the lower saloon and ventilation windows on the roof.

UKBUS4010 is a one-piece casting whose clean lines accentuate the bonded windows and livery application on which all logos and lettering are clearly legible. The headlight and indicator units at the front are made of individual components to look more realistic.

The brand new single-door Alexander Royale Volvo Olympian double-deck bus models will be distributed by John Ayrey Die-Casts Limited (UK), Porte Publishing Company (Japan) and Concorde Hobby Shop (HK) respectively. The UKBUS4010 model is limited to 1400 pieces worldwide.

PRESS RELEASE FROM CREATIVE MASTER NORTHCORD LTD
The following press release has been received today from Creative Master:

Arriva

UKBUS2014 Plaxton President-bodied Dennis Trident

UKBUS5107 Mercedes-Benz Citaro G

Creative Master Northcord Limited (CMNL) is proudly releasing two Arriva bus models. They are UKBUS2014 Plaxton President-bodied Dennis Trident, and UKBUS5107 Mercedes-Benz Citaro G.

UKBUS2014 (4001, Y47 ABA) is owned by Arriva North-West. It was new to Blue Bus of Horwich, near Bolton, in April 2001. It was allocated mainly to route 575, for which it carried route branding on its upper-deck panelling in addition to the “no Steps easy access” lettering on the lower panels.

Following the purchase of Blue Bus by Arriva in August 2005, 4001 remained in ‘as acquired’ condition till its repaint into Arriva corporate livery. The model represents 4001 in its current livery, but still operating route 575, heading for Wigan via Aspull.

The UKBUS5107 Arriva London Citaro G replica carries the fleet number MA69 and registration number BX04 NDC. The UKBUS5017 is serving Route 73 heading for Seven Sisters Station.

When the Routemaster allocation on Route 73 was withdrawn on 4th September 2004, the replacement was the Mercedes-Benz Citaro G, articulated bus. The new articulated buses work a slightly truncated route between Victoria Station and Seven Sisters Station from a new base at Northumberland Park, code LV (LeeValley)

Both replicas features excellent detailing, inside and out, including an opening engine door and engine detail. They are one-piece castings whose clean lines accentuate the gasket windows and livery application on which all logos and lettering are clearly legible.

Both brand new bus models will be distributed by John Ayrey Die-Casts Limited (UK), Porte Publishing Company (Japan) and Concorde Hobby Shop (HK) respectively. The UKBUS2014 model is limited to 1700 pieces whilst UKBUS5107 model is limited to 1800 pcs worldwide.
