Having flagged up an error following the announcement of the above model, EFE have today advised me that they have changed the fleet number and registration number and emailed me a new pre-production photograph showing the correct details:

BT-MODELS BRISTOL MW UPDATE
The March edition of Buses magazine features an article by Mark Lyons on the BT-Models, Bristol MW casting. Mark advises that the first releases are around 2.5mm (a scale 8 inches) too high, with all the excess height below the waistline. He goes onto say that this error was not picked up at the pre-production stage by the manufacturer who is now aware of this problem and is re-tooling the model. The first correct version will be the Wilts and Dorset models B203A&B.

EFE/BACHMANN MODEL 35308 LEYLAND LEOPARD - SOUTHDOWN - CERTIFICATE
Further to my News of last week regarding the above model, the certificate of the model resembles a bus ticket with details of the the bus modelled and about the Southdown company. I thought you might find this of interest if you have not purchased one of the models:

EFE/BACHMANN MODEL LEYLAND TITAN 28823
At the time the above model was announced I published a photograph on the Gallery pages of the real T1983 at the North Weald show over 10 years ago. I have since received another photograph of T1983 from her current owner (Paul Smith), taken two years ago when he acquired the vehicle from Sullivan Buses.  The vehicle is currently undergoing restoration (albeit more work needs doing) but Paul hopes to take her to the London Bus Museum sometime this year.
